


When you purchase your beef from Double G Cattle it means you buy directly from our farm. You will know where your food comes from and how it is raised. Buying direct from local farmers you are helping to preserve and support small farm economies and to ensure a healthy environment for future generations.
OPTIONS
WHOLE BEEF: This option is typically for larger families (approximately 500-550 lbs. of cut beef)
HALF BEEF: This option is typically for smaller families (approximately 250-275 lbs. of cut beef)
BEEF BUNDLE: This option is approximately 25lbs. of cut beef( Package of either New York or Ribeye, Beef Roast, and Ground beef.)
PICK-UP AND DELIVERY - We deliver in Pueblo and surrounding areas for your convenience.
You have the option to specify your preference in which butcher shop to use, but we recommend Westcliffe Meats. We typically have your beef dry-aged for 14-21 days depending on your preference unless otherwise specified.
PRICING
WHOLE BEEF:
Cost of whole beef is $3,000 plus processing
HALF BEEF:
Cost of half beef is $1,500 plus processing
Because of our small herd and buyer demand, the best way to ensure that you are guaranteed purchase from our next harvest, we ask that you reserve your beef with a non-refundable deposit (applied toward your purchase).

WHAT YOU GET
Many people do not know what cuts of beef they will get when buying a whole or half beef or where the cut of beef comes from. Please make sure you go over the cut sheet and the diagram below to ensure you get what you want. You may contact us if you need further questions answered.
Your order will be comprised of approximately the following cuts of meat:
20-25% steaks
20-25% roasts
40-45% ground beef
10-15% short ribs, stew meat, etc.
You may also get custom cuts for an additional cost. Keep in mind, that you do have options to make changes. For example, if your family does not eat short ribs or chuck roast you have the option to make them into hamburger (no extra charge). If you would like some of your hamburger into patties or maybe you would rather have ribeye steak bones removed it would be an additional cost.
ORDERING INFORMATION
WHOLE or HALF BEEF
When you place your order, you can either pay in full or pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your beef. Payment in full is required before we will harvest your beef for you.
We will communicate with you directly about when you want to pick up your meat, and when we will be able to have the meat ready for you. We will always do our best to meet your preferred timeline.
We will let you know when we are ready to harvest your animal. Once it is harvested, beef takes about 3 weeks before the meat is ready.
We will contact you directly about the cut and wrap of your meat once your beef has been harvested. If you desire customization in your cut and wrap instructions, please make sure you fill out the cut sheet. We will contact you to review your cuts.
You will be contacted once your meat is ready for pick-up or ready for delivery ($25.00 delivery fee for Wholesale meats). If you pick up your beef you will pay the processing plant for your butcher fees. If you requested delivery we will contact you before the date of delivery with the processing fee and delivery arrangements.
ALL OTHER BUNDLES
You will be contacted once your order is placed. Please allow for 24 hr delivery after order has been placed.
